Researching state efforts to unify early childhood governance — developing case studies and synthesizing lessons for state leaders, in partnership with a leading state policy researcher.
Authoring a report on strengthening New York City's early childhood system ahead of universal expansion — grounded in participatory research with family child care providers, with recommendations on contracts, network supports, and compensation.
Serving as policy advisor to two cohorts of a direct cash transfer program for family child care providers in New York City, convening grassroots and advocacy partners to translate evaluation findings into a shared policy agenda.
